At Kumari Rugs, we stand behind every product we sell to our customers. Quality and customer service is utmost important to us. Our return policies are structured to assist you smoothly. Please note our policies below:
 
If the freight company damages your product when you receive it and you notice it, please refuse delivery and notify Kumari Rugs along with the description of the damage. If you notice the damage after you receive it, you have 2 business days to notify Kumari Rugs with the description of the damage. Kumari Rugs will issue a call tag upon filing a claim and verify the damage upon receiving it. If we do not find the damage, we will send the product back to you and additional delivery charges will be applied to your method of payment. If damages are verified, we will replace the damaged product. In the event we are not able to replace it, we will provide a credit back.
 
Except our made to order rug program (which includes Hand-Knotted Tibetan rugs, Designer Rugs, and Solids), we will charge a 30% restocking fee for any return items due to dissatisfaction over your purchase. Returns must be made within seven business days of your receipt of the product. You will be responsible for the return freight cost for the non-defective product as we cannot accept C.O.D. freight. The returned item should be in its original condition and packaging or something equivalent. Our made to order rugs cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing or delivery defect. In case, there is a manufacturing or delivery defect we will provide a replacement rug.
 
For our close-out products, we do not offer a return policy. If a close-out product is damaged during shipping, we will provide a replacement. The replacement product may not have the same colors or design but will be of equal value. Additional freight will apply for the replacement.
 
Kumari Rugs never intentionally ships damaged goods to you. This can happen sometimes due to human error. In addition, most of our rugs are hand-knotted and there can be minor imperfections. That is the beauty of our rugs. We are here to provide you 100% satisfaction. We would also recommend that you keep all your receipts for any returned items including freight.
